Damn I was hoping they had actually brought out a cola drink that wasn't as over-sweet as they usually are.
Unfortunately, the artificially flavoured ones seem to be even more sickly sweet than the ones that use sugar...

Have your tried it? I actually thought it had no taste what so ever. It still has a heap of sugar in it, they have just taken out some sugar and added stevia.

just found a pretty good website that calculates your daily intake of calories required for weight lose, it also has a food tracker that calculates your calories for you. So you can basically sit down the day before type in what your going to have and it will tell you where you are at. For someone that wants to lose weight but doesn't want to count calories this is the best option. Once you select Australia as your country it actually has australian foods so it show up woolworths and coles products.

I'll let you all in on a secret, you don't need websites, watches, monitors, books or weird looking exercise machines.
Eat less, eat healthy, drink less alcohol, exercise more ensuring you burn more calories than you eat.
Lose weight.
It's pretty simple.
I should charge thousands of dollars for that.

Weight tip

Eating in bright light or dim light ?
The answer is bright light
The brighter the room the less food you are likely to eat

There's got to be at least 0.2kg in the next 5 years out of that tip alone.

Next tip will surely be MALnutrition.

So a website that keeps track of your calories for you, shows how many calories you should be consuming in the day and is totally free isn't needed? The thing you have to look at is the majority of people who are over weight are because they are lazy. Also they majority of them fail because they are lazy and it all gets too hard for them. So a FREE website that helps you and takes a lot less time then if you did it manually is a great tool for anyone interested in losing weight.

I agree with everything else you are saying except partially the book part there are some good books out there they can help with recipe and exercises, but you will find all the information on the net already.

True but also sitting down and working out how many calories you've had or going to eat for the day isn't going to make you lose weight either. You still have to do it, but the website makes it a lot easier especially when you have say 15g of something and you only have a 100g serving size on the nutrients list. So it will save you time which could be used to exercise more, it will also stop the good old excuse "it's all too hard" aka "i'm too lazy"

No, but I've tried Stevia in another context.
I've largely given up soft drinks because of the sugar and my distaste for the sickly substitutes.
I weaken for the occasional Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
