everyones body works differently so you can't say that time frame will work for everyone. Drago could be earlier then that or he could be later. but in saying that if you have paid any attention to the lance armstrong case then you would know drug test in sport go a lot further then just taking a sample in a cup and ditching it after you have done the test.

with the diets they give out they need something to stop that hunger. michelle bridges 12 week program recommends 1200 calories for girls and 1800 calories for guys. how can you recommend a certain amount of calories based on gender. it's what you call a unstainable very short diet. if the person does continue to be strict on the diet they usually find it hard to lose weight and in some cases even put on weight due to be way under there calorie amount.
