Needs to adjust his calorie intake.

Maintenance before he started might have been around 2500 calories per day. Losing the large amount of weight he has thus far might mean he's sitting around 2000 now.

If he was consuming 1500-1800 calories during the beginning of his weight loss, the weight loss would have been rapid. If this hasn't been adjusted it will be much slower now.

Have been called a mole a few times but never a troll. It was a genuine question and have ben interested in Drago's progress from page 9 or 10. Good luck with the footy Drago.

Q's correct above or it could be his calorie's where too low and the body has gone into starvation mode and holding on for later energy use. Rule of thumb is to recalculate your calories every 5kgs you drop.

We only want 2 see pics, so we can actually see a pro athlete! After just speaking 2 drago. He has plans 2 run (if its on this year - usually is on in feb) the make a wish foundation pirie fun run. Its over 11kms. But down hill. Has done acouple of runs over 8km mark. So will have 2 push his distance up abit and download some fresh beats. His shuffle thing has the worst songs on it. I repeat the worst! A bloke should never ever have a bieber song in his music player! I dont know how he can run 2 pearl jam songs either? I will get a proper list 2morrow, it is shocking! Still he has plans 2 attend footy training mon and wed. This will end ugly. His right foot and ankle has already swollen badly from training on wednesday. His eating habits are still going strong. Has cut back booze still. His asthma has improved off the charts from losing this weight.

Every comment you make, you think you are right. Sooking about people going 2 the gym! List goes go on and on like you! Anybody can look up a few websites and get quick information( i cant. Im getting better. Safooty i think was the first email i sent without any help last year.) Go back read some of your comments. So wrapping it all up you act on this site like a pretencious arrogant anchor(Which is how most pro athletes act). I gave you a challenge. 2 send in a photo of you with the days paper. But you could not. Drago has put it out there for ridicule, we have enjoyed this challenge. The results are there thus far. Still a long road. But we will keep documenting his progress. Hopefully this will help keep him on tract. Hey it might even help somone 2 get motivated and lose some weight. i Hope they dont upset you and use your gym.

maybe you should go and read some of my post especially in the weight loss section where i say that I hate PT because anyone can look up the information. I've never said I was the only one that knows but there is a lot of dodgy info out there. I only have a problem with people going to the gym and sitting on there phone or talking for half an hour on a machine and stopping someone from using it. Why should people that are there to better there life, are dedicated and motivated to be better be stopped by someone that is only there to socialise? You gave me a challenge so your basically saying that you can't lose weight by having a correct diet and exercise plan? Seeing that i've only ever said that his weight loss could be done without duromine, so i'm not to sure what the challenge is. Oh and if you think that i'm wrong on anything about training or nutrition then i'm more then happy to hear what you have to say. Like you said you've done this as it might help someone else, then what makes it so bad that someone else has given another approach on the subject? why are you so against people having a healthy diet and exercise plan over taking a drug? even you would have to agree this way should be the first step before looking at taking a drug.

So you dont like personal trainers because you think they are frauds? PTs just try and help get people fit or put on bulk. I dont understand this hatred of them. Did an ex burn you who was a PT? I have shown a mate lose weight with a help from an appetitte suppressent. All you have done on hear is go on and on and on and on and on and on. Check my posts for me because iam 2 lazy, but this challenge was put on i think because you had a few cheap shots at me. i am showing results all you have done is dribble the same thing. Good luck with your show, but with you working 16 hour days how do you get the time off? You are on here odd hours for someone who works out alot and works in 40 + temps?

Most PTs cheat people out of their money.

Good PTs are hard to find.

i hate pt because majority of them get there stuff off the internet and then charge ridiculous amounts of money for it. All i've done is said he could of done this without duromine, as when he finishes his 3 months he will have to do it away or he'll put the weight back on. I just don't see the point in using duromine and putting your body at harm. You can quote me where i've had cheap shots at you but all i've done is challenge your use of duromine and the ethics of your doctor. i work 12 hours, buy reading most of your post do you know how to read as it comes across as you don't know how to. I also said i use to work in 40+ temps i'm back working in adel now, i'm also on holidays at the moment and also will be on holidays when my show comes around.

All i've ever said is that he could of lost his weight by using a diet and exercise plan, so why are you against that? by the sounds of it you don't think you can lose weight on a diet and exercise plan and think the only way is to take duromine. Answer this one simple question for me why couldn't drago lose weight on a simple diet and exercise plan?

Some great goals for Drago. He is smashing it. And more runs for "Ivan" at cricket on the weekend.
When will this week's pics be up.
And does Drago work 12-16 hours a day, at times in 40+ degree temperature?

Sorry late on the pics! Hopefully be up later today after wife finishes work! Took photos yesterday, weight has stayed the same. If anything gone up about half kg in last 2 weeks. Drago has 17 duries left and weight is about 86kg. So 17 days 2 weigh in at 80kgs! Timed his run last night, which is about 8.4kms. Took him 62 mins. This gives him a goal 2 beat now. Diet has maintained good.
