This is what's in the proprietary blend:

Proprietary Blend 2000mg
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
Cactus Leaf Extract
Citrus Aurantium (containing Synephrine)
Guarana (providing caffeine)
Dandelion Leaf Extract
D-Glucuronolactone
Green Tea Leaf Extract

I hate that they don't tell you how much of each is in there (like how much guarana I'm actually taking), but there's nothing nasty on the list.

Well apart from the two addictive stimulants - caffeine, and Synephrine.
The latter is related to ephedrine and hence to amphetamines.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

Incomparable to something like DMAA. Nevertheless, it bugs me that they don't tell you how much of each the product contains. Proprietary blends can go to hell.

Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion. it's a blend so it contains slow digesting protein and fast digesting protein. It's got 9grams of carbs per serving and 150 calories. You'll find most sitting around the 120 to 150 calories. Dymatize do a zero carb one, iso 100 I think, but taste absolutely disgusting. If she's ever had a banana milkshake from wendy's and enjoyed it she will enjoy myofusion in banana taste pretty much identical.

Bulk Nutrients WPC or WPI

The WPI has 0.5g carbs per serve, the WPC a little more. Honestly, there isn't heaps of difference between the two, would only use the WPI if I was doing a keto diet. However, both are probably the highest quality source of whey protein you'll find on the market. The prices are great and they do next day shipping. I love the banana flavour (I think you can email them and ask for samples though?).

We sell Musashi at work they obviously do a low carb high protein shake, as well as metabolism enhancer shakes.

All pretty basic come in two flavours choc and vanilla and taste good,

Their not top of the range but pretty standard

love the strawberry flavour of the musashi drinks. The one that is already mixed for you in the small carton for about $3.45 at coles! I have one every few days, and love the strawberry one. The iced coffee one is not so good.

reading on another forum about duromine, that people have gone on it and basically put all the weight back on after they stopped it because they did change their eating habits or health after they came off of it.

I am currently down to 89-90 kilos. I started at 96 kilos a few weeks ago and then did the counting calories. So i guess, it is working for me so far. keeping my intake below 1800 a day, and i can manage that. Have had a day or so where that has gone over a little, but not every day. But still, its amazing how many calories are in different foods. I am a lover for sushi rolls, and there is quite alot of calories in those.

Nice work Bully. I'll follow in your footsteps in a week, sitting at 100kgs at the moment and need to trim the BF down a bit for footy season.

I've tried the chocolate in WPI and I had to seriously question whether it was protein or just coco powder, it seriously tasted just like coco and water. Banana is probably the safest flavour on the market for protein powder. I am pretty fussy on my flavours but that has to be the worst i've ever tasted.

yeh the strawberry isn't too bad but pretty expensive to buy the RTD. i'm pretty sure you can buy it in powder form though.

They've refined their flavours recently, however, I only do strawberry and banana, so can't say what the choc is like these days. Can't beat their WPC for quality and price though.

I use their normal BCAA (lime flavour) as an intra-workout. Very happy with it.

Thanks for pointing out the BCAA Recovery, will consider it for football season, particularly match-days. Though, if you've been using something like Xtend, you'll have high expectations of flavour and may feel let down by the BN BCAA range.
