Ive got my wires crossed
I am used to being the biggest winner at sports and gambling :?
Naturally Im the biggest winner of the weight challenge
I have gone
102
109
:?

Now that Ive realised that I needed to be the biggest loser and
the biggest winner I can now focus accordingly and do it the right way.

First target is to get back to 102kg ASAP

I have been using and can highly recommend a site called calorie king.

http://www.calorieking.com.au

You input your goal weight and the site allocates you so many calories per day. You fill out a daily diary and input any exercise that you have done. What it starts to teach is that you can't afford to sit on your ar5e and eat 5hit and still achieve your goal weight.

My weight is now down to 90kg and my first goal weight is to get down to 88 which I probably haven't been since 88. My daily allowance is 1870 but with my running, weights and sit ups I manage to keep under this most days. During the weekend I slack off but I counteract this by being very carreful with what I eat when I'm not doing the work.

Good luck everyone with the ongoing battle. I don't mind admitting though that I miss pizza badly. Unfortunately, that is about the most fattening thing you can eat. Oh well, time walk home and have my run. Cheers.

regards,

REB
