Biomechanical studies show that humans change from a walk to a jog at six km/h as it is more efficient to do so. So 7.8 km hr for most people is a jog.

yes Olympic walkers "walk" much faster than that but they aren't "most people".

I said min/km not km/hr dude

7.8 minutes per kilometre is equal to 7.7 kilometres per hour anyway.

Bad ankle has swollen up again. so may 6th is still the goal 2 get 2 70kgs. Run the fun run under an hour. cheers 2 kickinit for your websites and advice on various health benefits!

Sure you know but adjust those calories immediately. Can still lose weight wont be the best way but atleast if he sticks to it he won't be putting weight on

HEY SCOOB,

What do you reckon?
After this whole episode is duromine worth a go with me?
Dropped 8kg with the exercise and now going back to work 4 kg has crept back.
I will now be strapped to the PC and all my other waking hours will be focussed on "bending and straightening" although I have now connected with the bike and that works!
I love to eat when I am stationery, which will happen from Monday?

11 weeks out. first week of the cut done. the hardest thing for me is posing, a lot of people don't think it's that hard but there is a lot of little things that you do need to know. apart from that everything is on track. and thank god i don't have to eat all those calories anymore.

Drago is continuing his post-duromine weight loss
This evening he ran just over 12.5kms in around 1hr 20 minutes
No Sunday Mail pics to post for him unfortunately (or fortunately as the case may be)
