Yeah I do a lot of tuna and eggs already. I'll check out those Atkins bars though. Thanks for the tip.

Ok so I am one week into the - "My son gets married in March, and I don't want to look like a small moon in the photo's" diet.

Simple approach, but painful.

Beer - Out.
Portion Control. - Other than a rib eye steak and half a bottle of red last Saturday night!
Replace Chocolate with fruit.
A bit more exercise. Making sure I get my 10,000 steps in every day etc.

Started at 107kg
This morning 103kg.

The first 5 kg's should be easy.

No beers, after cricket is going to ******* kill me.

The health and lifestyle coordinator at work suggested I try intermittent fasting - so effectively only eat within a 6hr window each day.. too hard for me, so I am trying a 2-5 fasting where for two days a week I limit my calories to 500, so basically breakfast and dinner with as much water and black coffee/tea in between and the other 5 days I can pretty well eat what I like (in moderation of course).

I dropped just under 8kg leading up to Xmas - too scared to jump on the scales and find out how bad I’ve been.

I put on 4kg over xmas, best guess. So I have only removed, what I put on so far!

Joined that cult gym F45 about 6 months ago.....about to go and purchase my 3rd new collection of clothes [emoji849] still have a bit to go to reach peak condition....

I have the opposite problem, which is in part the reason for the weight loss...... a shed load of clothes that have either shrunk, or I am too damn fat to get into them.

The wife and I joined the Mt Barker F45 in December 2017 (because our son is one of the trainers). Dropped 20kg before December last year but put 7 back on over the festive season. :oops:

They have definitely got a formula that works! Also I think it helps if the trainers are a good bunch also.

No beers after cricket. Sorry it can’t be done. It’s an impossibility. I defy any red blooded Aussie bloke to turn down a coldie after 80 overs. I’ve had about 7 now, just had to be sure!

I guess I’m only having beers one night a week now, not 4 or 5. More exercise too. So I think I can make some progress.

I set myself a goal to lose 12kg down to 78Kg and then work at building a muscular physique with a 6 pack.... this year and stupidly told Mrs Jase who has a voice like a foghorn...

So of course she tells pretty much everyone we know so they are expecting a ripped up beach body Christmas Day this year...

Since the 1st of Jan I've lost 3kgs through limiting to 1500 Cals a day, running 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week...

I've not done keto or anything like that but limiting carbs to a reasonable level and trying to reduce sugar intake...

Not feeling hungry at all or craving anything...

Time to get ripped up :)

First time on the scales for 2 weeks.

No change still 103kg.

Actually ok with that. I've fallen off the beer wagon (several times) and had a couple of slap up feeds. Achieved my 10,000 steps more often that not.

Another push next week to see if I can shake off another 3 kgs.
