Yeah I do a lot of tuna and eggs already. I'll check out those Atkins bars though. Thanks for the tip.

They have definitely got a formula that works! The wife and I joined the Mt Barker F45 in December 2017 (because our son is one of the trainers). Dropped 20kg before December last year but put 7 back on over the festive season.
