Last Week = 107.9kg
This Week = 108.1kg

Sunday wasn't a good day, drunk a bottle of wine during the footy and ate a whole seafood large pizza.. regret now but was so good at the time.

Target for Sunday weigh in: 107.5kg.

Have you had a go on a rowing machine? I lost 20 kilo in three months getting on the rower twice a day for an hour each time. It's pretty hard work but the weight drops off. I still have a bottle of red every night with dinner and eat what I want on weekends but I have also cut out most sugar and that makes a massive difference too.

The problem with a rowing machine is the amount of room they take up. No doubt it’s a great workout and would strip weight off though.

Might look into one, i'm sure I could fit it in the house no problems.. hard part would be stopping the kids playing around on it and breaking it

Emotional this morning, gone backwards badly.. ordinary weekend kids birthday had cake and American burgers for dinner, and a dozen wild turkey RTD’s.

Just was very loose over the weekend.. also junior footy back so it’s so easy to grab a bacon & egg sandwich for breakfast, hotdog or similar for lunch. :(

FFS I went backwards. Beer & Pizza night Friday contributing. It's a setback. I could have accepted staying the same, but putting 1 kg back on sucks.

On the bright side I have lost 4 to 4.5kg's but that's only half way.

Half back on track, still ruing that bad week last week though... footy back now too it's so easy to grab something from the barbie and sink a few cold ones during the day - especially on Sunday's after junior footy coz that's really my only down time to wind down and do what I want.

Started today *sigh*, need to shed 20kg at least
Breakfast & lunch - Man Shake
Snacks - Fruit, Chobani Greek yoghurt, unsalted/unbuttered pop corn, protein bar, nuts, Man Fuel (similar to Up & Go but much less sugar)
Dinner - smaller portions, more veggies
At least 3 litres of water a day
Minimum half hour walk a day
Cut back on the booze at least 50% X_X with more alcohol free days than currently

Wish me luck...
