How to Deal with Small Businesses

Postby Wedgie » Wed Jan 24, 2007 10:24 pm

Simple.
Talk to the man of the business.
Rang up ERS to get my Evaporative Ducted Air Con fixed which broke down earlier in the week.
Spoke to a woman who said they couldn't get someone out till the 6th of February.
Rang up the same company today, got a bloke, now have someone coming out tomorrow.
:D

Never give a sucker an even break

Nor ban a user for an acceptable topic of discussion.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

As long as they read it after lunch time today I don't care, and the bloke seemed pretty reasonable anyway.

And I recommend the company, have done some great work for us at very reasonable prices and their ability to come out and help people within 24 hours in the middle of summer is second to none. :)

Hey Wedgie, I need our aircon looked at - something to do with the 'break' to stop leaking water all down the street, did you have any dramas and were ERS expensive, I have been told they are.
Is this as good as it gets
