nah had a hip/groin clean out, swimming would be great but as the external stitches havent completly healed it would be a big risk with infection according to phsio & surgeon.
Does make it hard to do much in the way of cardio. You should at least do lots of core and upper body work, but do high repetition with lighter weights and focus on isolating individual muscles. At least your output will be higher and you won't gain a lot of bulk muscle, instead improving tone and strength.
And maybe do a Pag and go without booze for a month and alter the diet a little.
