Only been a member for a couple of months or so and already, this site has become addictive.

I too would be happy to contribute $$$ towards the running costs. As an overseas poster, this is my main source of information (real info, that is). Ended up playing solitaire last night (Yes it is sad insn't it)

PS

Coorong, I know what you mean. I am usually on here until about midnight over here and I see you on line most nights from around 10:00pm. That must be about 6:00 am ish your time.

Yeah mate, usually log on about 5am and generally leave it on most of the day. I wander in and out all day.

Blimey mate, must only be around 5am now.

Still, sometimes it's the best time to be on when all is quiet. Personally, it gives me more time to read all the posts. The down side, sometimes when I actually would like to take part in a conversation, the said conversation has already finished, if you take my meaning. (Matchdays, with the Roosters excepted of course)

"sometimes" this 57 year old still cant believe I can talk with you on the other side of the world.

I do work at this hour as well ( I work from home office) and often pick up the phone to ring someone and then remember what time it is LOL

Yeah, it is wierd. 9:00 pm here. watching CL final on telly, still light outside. Sometimes try to get on at midday, but like Psyber, I am the boss so I have to set a good example. Get on here just most nights from around 7:30 to catch up and 5:30 ish on Saturdays to catch the game. Must say Radio coverage comes in for a bit of slating, and I tead to agree with most comments, but where the hell would I be without it. Thanks to on-line coverage, can listen to an SANFL game.

Despite the outlandish commentary sometimes, wouldn't be without it now. Great to settledown, no kids about at that time, a smoke and a coffee and just take in the game. Brilliant stuff.

Thanks guys for your efforts.

To use an American term, I was 'jonesing' without this site yesterday.

On a brighter note:

I got more work done
Spent less time editing posts by 'di*kheds'
Am ahead of schedule for the next couple of day's work
Spent more time with Mrs DW

And...didn't get frustrated by opposition supporters having a crack at my Doggies.

Gees I'm glad SA Footy's back!
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

I was just worried about MAL! LOL....

Maybe as a fundraiser SAfooty could start a syndicate and follow his late MAL tips to get the monthly fee...

Thanks and good work fellas!!!

I, too, was a little lost yesterday... it's remarkable how attached we can become and how quickly a habit is formed when participating on a forum such as this. I am usually on this site a number of times a day, not always having a say (mainly cause im sick of the flaming that comes from it) however i do enjoy lurking and reading other's comments to gain a different perspective to my own. thanks again for your persistence wedgie and diss I appreciate your dedication to all things safooty :prayer: [/code]
