Problem with PM's

I keep getting the following error when trying to send a PM:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/ucp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.safooty.net Port 80

What am i doing wrong? Have i downloaded too much porn?

i only got that when i tried to respond to the PM by quoting the senders message

when i sent a blank PM not QUOTING from the senders previous PM it was ok......
