mmmm Jarlsberg, great with silverside on a sandwich.

Blue Vein is great melted over cheese on a nice juicy rump steak (rare/med rare)

Varies depending on mood, time of day etc.

Favourites would be a good strong cheddar, brie, parmesan, boursin and Port Salut

Hate all blue cheeses, anything with the consistancy of rubber and stupid, overpriced designer cheeses like a cheddar with Guiness and cranberry etc.

JAS

Can't go past a piece of King Island Double Brie.

BTW, does anyone remember the cheese impressions the boys on "Men Behaving Badly" used to do?

Gary used to do a great Parmesan!

What is the difference between Camembert & Brie- is it only the region where it's made?
ie Brie made in Australia is technically not Brie

I think the difference between Camembert & Brie is that Brie has more of a stronger sharper flavour.
