2 small changes made to SAFooty - 2 new sub forums

Finally got around today to doing something that's been in the works for a while.
Added a Photo Album sub forum to the SANFL Forum where the threads showing pics alone will be kept.
Also added a new sub forum of the History Forum which is an Ask Spelly/Stats forum.
It includes questions/answeres of stats as they happen but just to spread things out a bit we thought making it a sub forum of the History forum would be the way to go.
I transferred most relevent posts to each sub forum and was amazed at how much stuff Spelly has added/answered at varoius stages, some very interesting readion and reference material in there.
