Seacliff Hotel. With the Espy closed for 12 months due to renovations a fair few have migrated a mile up the road to us & I suggest they’re trying to cash in. It’ll backfire on them, most of them won’t pay $11-$12 for a pint. The Brighton Metro will be the big winners out of this.
