Well yes, and probably yes. Banks will always be Banks, but still the utter stuipity that goes on in some parts has helped the world fall down the hole that was coming.
The old 80/20 loans are back. You want a load, make sure you have a 20% deposit.
Of course plenty of developers have now stopped and pegged things back and the building and construction industries grinds to a hlt because of this.
