Hi, not a question for me but for a friend (I've trawled the web without much luck) can anyone please tell me when the next aged pension pay day is for centrelink customers? I know I could call the call centre but I havent got a spare hour and need to know in the next 24 hours.. thanks for any responses

Lunchcutter...
As far as I understand it....

Pensioners receive their pensions on all different days of the week these days.

Unlike years ago when the aged pension was given out to all on the same day,
they now can choose a day that suits them,
So everyone is different.
You get what you give....

No longer such a thing as age pension week/fortnight LC.

They can receive it on any day in the given fortnight,
a day of their choice.

Same with all the other centrelink payments for young or old.
They are all 'intermingled' these days.

They virtually pick a day, and then from that fortnight onwards is when they are paid.

O:)

(Hope that makes sense)

A Mum once again is spot on, there's never been on or off weeks for any Centrelink/DSS payment.
