Only in its infancy but I thought I better get it up* to try and replace footysa so fans of the SANFL have somewhere to chat. I'll be making it look a lot snazzier over the next couple of days and will be calling for moderators as well as any suggestions for new forums or deletions of current forums.

I've put a few up that coincide with discussion people have had on footysa on the old forum to start with. Let me know what ya think.

The colours/layout and logos will all be changing tonight to something relating a bit closer to the SANFL and I'll be making up a homepage for it too.

As regulars from footysa that I trust log in I'll make them moderators. I'll be working on clear regulations for them and users too to avoid any crap.

I have to admit to being a Norwood and Crows supporter even if I did go to Woodville High - but living in Victoria I'd still like to see the other SA team improve just to get up the Melbourne commentators noses.
With Tredders fit I'd keep him near [not right in] the goal square and move White out further. I can only see Chad Cornes as too risky a defender - good when it is going well - not otherwise.

So it was one of my posts that motivated you to join SAFooty!

I looked back on my first post but it's too long winded and completely dull out of context. In fact, it's long winded and dull when taken in context

It was a topic called "What if Cahill was the Crows first coach ..." in the SANFL History forum. Basically I said it wouldn't have made much difference and then I went off on to about 10 tangents. It was so interesting there was only one more post in the thread.

Hi All

Just want to use my first post on here to say a big thank you to Wedgie for taking time to activate my account so quickly amidst all the hassles that he and Diss have had

Given the number of registered members and even allowing for a fair few no longer being around a fee of say $1 per month per person would more than pay for the running costs of the forum. FWIW I for one would be more than happy to pay, the site is worth much, much more.

for the record, Boof was last man out for 159, Cleary made 52 and the Redbacks were dismissed for 343, this was our first innings, but we faltered in the 2nd chasing 350 and were all out for 172
