Listening to the DH from downstairs thumping and kicking the back door and the bedroom window trying to get the female DH to wake up and let him in :D

It 4.40am and he's been trying to get in for 40 minutes now. I was getting up for the footy anyway so the noise only woke me about an hour early.

After all the nights they've kept me awake with their binge drinking sessions...knowing he's outside freezing his ar*e off (even in summer 4am is a bit chilly)...........sweet

JAS

Not far off...but this one is in his early 20's I'd guess. No shouting...probably worried it would wake people up

The kicking and thumping finally seemed to stop about 2 hrs later. Not sure if she woke up and let him in though...was busy listening to the footy by then :D

9 year old daughter heard the term "black market" whilst I was watching the news.
She then turned around and asked me of we could visit the "black market" next time she gets her pocket money.

My dear brother gets bored at work on occasion and sent me the following yesterday. I cant remember the last time I laughed so hard! I had to leave the room  Maybe it's just my warped sense of humor though.. see for yourself...

coming home from work down Swan Street Richmond and all the drunken idiots thinking i was a taxi and hailing me. There was no other car around except for the ones with the pretty lights. And most of those had lights flashing and someone pulled over.

Haha...very much a cynic...trust no one  I'm open minded on the aliens...I think dismissing the possibilty is very arrogant of us. This just seems a rather obvious connection.

Hmmmm...Scottish radio...you haven't lived  ...if they're not playing some god awful folk music then it's Hammish complaining about his sheep or Morag wanting to swap a mangle for an XBox . Now I think about it not that much difference apart from the folk music haha. Started listening to 5aa for the footy then started exchanging emails with the late Brian Bennett and just kinda got hooked on it.
