About to make some toast and peanut butter for breakfast.

Getting ready to have my first go at slow roasting some lamb shanks for dinner...following an AWW recipe for one that has half for dinner tonight and the left overs made into a stew/soup for tomorrow. Unless lamb shanks shrink considerably I'm gonna have more a lot more left overs than expected :-s oh well thank god for a frezzer (potentially).

One banana and cold water is all I've had so far today, and all I felt like because of the heat.
But I am about to check what is in the fridge to eat - maybe just Ice Cream and Beer will do...
