Where/how do you apply? Through your MyGov account like you posted earlier?

https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/in ... er-payment
Thanks mate.

If someone is stuck or genuinely in trouble hit me up, no questions asked. Whilst I’m in lockdown I don’t struggle so happy to help someone who may.

I’ll be short of booze in a few days so I’ll hit you up mate.

Depends on what you do for work and how much you like your boss.

I am not tied to my job and my employer is a government type not a small family business, so I take the attitude they've had 18 months to prepare for 'work from home' scenarios so if they haven't put the necessary infrastructure and policies in place then that's on them. I'm available to work so will be getting paid as per normal, no annual leave, no sick leave, just pay.

But if I worked for someone worth respecting, I'd work with them and look to negotiate a mix of sick leave, annual leave and normal pay.

I have heaps of sick leave saved up so would be looking to take that first.

Not sure this will stand up in court should they not pay you.

As far as I'm aware, if you cannot work its annual leave and then unpaid leave, but some companies allow sick leave but there is no law/legislation forcing that to happen.

Aldinga at 8.30 was roughly 150 cars lined up but cars were sneaking in off a side lane

I suggested to a friend to to ring the doctor and organise a certificate, surely if you have a sick note you can be paid out in sick leave.

Nothing we don't already know, 1 case linked to greek on halifax, Marshall quite happy and confident the way things have gone so far. Only 1 positive out of a shitload of tests. Not expecting any surprises
