I'm available to work so will be getting paid as per normal, no annual leave, no sick leave, just pay.

But if I worked for someone worth respecting, I'd work with them and look to negotiate a mix of sick leave, annual leave and normal pay.

I have heaps of sick leave saved up so would be looking to take that first.

Not sure this will stand up in court should they not pay you.

As far as I'm aware, if you cannot work its annual leave and then unpaid leave, but some companies allow sick leave but there is no law/legislation forcing that to happen.

Aldinga at 8.30 was roughly 150 cars lined up but cars were sneaking in off a side lane
