I have doctors and Chiro (again) tomorrow.

However I think the excitement of actually going away seems to be the best 'medication' at the moment

That is the two weeks it takes for the levels of the neurotransmitter acetyl choline to come back up to normal after having been suppressed by replacement with Nicotine.
It gives you something that resembles a mild case of Parkinson's Disease for that time.
