They're going up the East coast of Queensland, from Sydney through all the islands of the coast then back down again. They were going to do the Fiji and Vanuatu crusie but decided to do the Queensland one instead, cheaper and for the time they can have off, it was perfect.

...has just made the first batch of munchies to get her through Sunday online...homemade honey roasted cashews with cayenne. Cannot believe how sensational they are...so much better (and cheaper) than shop bought and such a simple recipe :tonqe:

This is the one I tried if anyone fancies giving them a go...

They have quite a kick of chilli and you need to keep stirring them around when they're cooling or you'll end up with a lump of cashew nut brittle :lol:
