HA! that's ok, we can only dream over here.. I know what you mean about the murphys law thing, you can guarantee it will rain whenever I wash my car.. the thing is were not allowed to wash them anymore, only the windows and headlights.. :? so there goes that theory..

Probably about right  I've never experienced anything over the mid 30's and that was in a desert so no humidity at all and plenty of hot spiced tea and chilled water made it just about bearable. Imagine what life was like before they invented air con

Btw I am available to hire as a mercenary box packer, dipstick* twirler and nut 'n' bolt counter if you guys are planning an incursion into Queensland to acquire some water

Get a Chicken Parmigiana and a pint of Pale Ale from the Earl of leicser hotel in you JAS, also nothing like getting a Yiros on Rundle st at the end of a big night on the cans.
Reminds me of a comment I heard on a Rodney Rude cd that still makes me laugh "Now i hate this shit they serve to you at some places and call it Aussie food. If i want some good Aussie tucker i go to one of those Greek cafes"

JAS if you follow that list you will go home with a cholesterol problem my friend

Yiros is also a kebab (Ones greek and the other is lebanese). Chicken Parmigiana is a chicken Schnitzel covered in tomato paste with melted cheese on top with chips (But the ones at the leicster are HUGE)

Thanks for that...sounds good :D Had various types of kebab in Cyprus and loved them so may have tried a Yiros by another name. The Parmigiana sounds great...and so slimming

Sorry FC, wasn't meant to be aimed at you guys and the weather over there. It'd just that I am flying out to China in the morning and was cursing my luck with the bad weather. It's a shit enough trip as it is and a shit place to go to (where I am going), so no fun at all.

I think JAS needs some quiet time to appreciate a few Norwood GF victories, that have just arrived in the mail. I think all Sturt supporters (78) and the Glenelg people (82) on this site, and the wider community, would really appreciate an update from a northern point of view on the SA game once JAS has been able to peruse a few old-time SANFL matches, when the SANFL was the SANFL was the SANFL etc etc etc
