WLF is stuck working Sat again but is looking forward to Knees of Fury tonight.

All my boys made weight last night and are ready to go. Will be good.

Yep he is.

He is entertaining i like watching charlie chau.

I worked with August on a site for nearly a year awhile back and he used to train before work and his shins would be black from kicking pads.
He was an animal and wouldn't even eat a freee donut in fight training!!
I watched his fight against the cambodian 'arm breaker' for a world title (not wmc though) couple years ago.

Fisho just got back online! This is what happened. Our cat has been an annoying little sh1t lately so when she jumped up on the kitchen bench (where she's not allowed to be) I decided to give her a scare by chasing her and barking like a dog. She absolutely shat herself and did a great skidding leap off the bench where unfortunately my Galilean thermometer was standing. She sent it flying, it smashed on the floor and drenched the nearby modem, which promptly began to make an odd hissing noise. #-o

Luckily the modem wasn't fried but Mr McSpaz did have to play around with it a bit to get it to work properly again. I am not going to chase my cat any more when she is inside.

starting the fitness work to really shave a few kilos and get back to something like the standard required to, possibly, have a low level kick again next year. Haven't played since 2003, so IF it happens, will need a fair bit of work. Either way, will feel a lot better.

BP loves living around the corner from The Bath where he has just returned from about 3 or 4 hours of drinking and eating with his wife...

Had a good half dozen pints of Hahn Super Dry, my favourite beer, ate some S&P Squid and won $400 on the pokies from $30 - SWEET !!!!

when will someone invent a hoover that doesn't mind picking up very long stray hairs without the roller brush strangling itself with them. Roll on next year when it's all getting chopped.
