Nice little visit to Roll'n'Bower yesterday so brought home a few spare Vietnamese Rolls.

Brekky done right this morning - Butter, Vegemite, Melted Cheese, Avo, Fried Egg on a heaven sent roll. Ready now to tackle the Form Guide, brilliant Sat morning!! :D

(* Before the form fails miserably and the afternoon turns to shit  )

Agree with the league. Very good work to erase a 50pt deficit and eek out a draw

At 98.6kg a while back I aimed to get down to 80kg, I weighed in at 79.2 this morning.

Went from squeezing into 87 pants to plenty of room in 82's, 4 belt holes.

I'm 178cm's, my BMI says I'm just above par now but I'm pretty broad so I think it's a load of shit.

I don't think I need to lose any more.
