feels the best he has, physically, in ages after a heavy exercise program and diet over the last couple of months. Went out for a run today and felt great for it (I don't really feel the heat, fortunately).

I offset a return flight from Adelaide to Melbourne in 2009 and it was dirt cheap. I didn't trust that the piddling amount I paid actually offset the greenhouse emissions...

It wasn't something I'd done before as I fly so rarely and this is my first civillian long haul flight so I had a look through some of the blurb about it on the Qantas website and the website for the company the money goes to https://climatefriendly.com/projects and it looks like the moneys from several sources get pooled and used to fund several diferent profects.

I still expected it to work out to more though. Although I'm paying the flights in £ and the offset in $AU I think works out to less than 3% of the cost of the flights.

...is looking forward to tonights Top Gear.

They're apparently taking on the presenters of your version in a series of challenges. If it's anything like the one where they did the same with the German team it should be a hoot

Don't worry not going to spoil it by posting details if it's not being shown over there yet.

Ah fair enough. I think they only put our show together in the last few days cos Clarkson ended it by saying that they realise there had been the devastating Qld floods since they recorded the challenge and that their thoughts were with all those affected.
