I go in my lads room last night and he has the split system pointing down throwing snow at him while he's rugged up under the quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to point out that the ceiling fan will do the same trick for a 10th of the cost.

Deadset boofheads aren't they. My boy used to have his fan on 365 days a year on high until it went all wobbly. You reckon he heard me the first 162 times I told him not to put it on high.

I've had a look at the AIM website but there doesn't seem to be anything that stands out to suit the needs.

They certainly are.
The lad comes and drops off a bowl on to the sink while I'm nearby, "Hey mate, do you like doing dishes?" I ask.
"Na, not really" he replies
"Well neither do I so clean your own shit"
I'm generally pretty placid and we have a lot of laughs but then when I look around and he has random shit left out I end up letting loose.
I got home last night to the deep fryer out, gravy bucket sitting there with no lid on it, plate still on the kitchen table with a half full drink next to it, it didn't go down too well.

I'll help.
Lesson one: Don't be a rude prick.
Lesson two: empathise with the customer.
Lesson three: repeat the customers concern back to them for clarity.
Lesson four: Aim to fix the problem.
Lesson five: Use your manners.
