Agreed, had 4 around the pool for about 3 beers yesterday.

Sorry, had 4 around the pool for about an hour yesterday.

It took you 20 mins to drink a beer?

Earlier in the week I tweaked my lower back.

Wednesday and Thursday was torture getting in and out of my car, along with getting in and out of a chair.

Yesterday a little better. Mowed lawns, went to the market, and did some shopping. Out for dinner last night all good.

This morning putting on the shoes, bang gone again. Got a doctors appt for Thursday. Right now flat on my back in bed. Even sitting in a chair is painful.

Chatting to a mate he reckons it’s an abductor strain. Looking online he may be correct, going by where the pain is.

Anyone on here done that injury before? If so any advice or expected recovery time?

Sounds pelvic. GP is a waste of time, go see a physio/chiro

Only see a chiro if you believe in fairy tales.

Righty o. I've been kept upright and mobile by the way of Chiros. What's your point exactly - with some proof preferably?

As I originally aggravated it at work, the HR guy wanted me to go to a GP. I guess some type of diagnosis and a referral is the order of things.

I prefer physio over chiropractic. Just personal choice really.

Went to a chiro a few years ago before he moved.
Wasn't the regular chiro.
But he cracked my neck which I wasn't expecting.... then he tells us that it's the 3rd one in his 30yrs+ of practice...

as i was leaving the airport at around 9.30am, heading down Sir Don Bradman drive towards tapleys, traffic is banked up to the Aldi entry/exit.
I get closer to the lights and traffic is going nowhere.
i headed straight down towards the beach and went via military rd.

but are all those cars heading to Harbour Town??

Muscular and skeletal issues are all related. See a Physio. 30 years working in sports conditioning and supporting sport injury rehabilitation has thought me this.

You couldn’t pay me enough to go see a Chiro.

Saw a physio for years with chronic hamstring/calf/Achilles issues on the same leg.

Saw a Chiro in an informal capacity as part of my cricket club's sponsorship by the practice. Instantly tells me that there is 25mm difference in the length of my legs and what issues it might cause me. Listed pretty much everything I had going on.

Decided to see them at their practice and I haven't seen a physio since and I'm pain free!

Probably still spend the same amount on my health cover as before but it's the limited pain the big winner as I usually don't notice the pain until a few days before I'm due for the next appointment

A good chiro is a lifesaver
