Correct in a sense JTC. They've has 'incidents' recorded which tarnish their record of number of incidents per 100,000 passengers, which I understand is the official stat by which safety is measured. However, they've never had a plane crash out of control and certainly never a fatality.

As far as service goes, I've never had a problem with Qantas. Emirates is the best I've seen, followed reasonably closely by Singapore. The worst I've seen was Virgin, but that was on a footy trip flight, so all self inflicted by the lads! :lol:

Yeah ive heard of this sort of thing happening a bit. Virgin have done the same thing at times as well.
