There's an absolute mongrel who's been busking in the mall for 20 (ish) years? Wears a dicky bow and a waistcoat and dixie type of hat. Sings really loud and thinks he sounds the goods. He shits me to tears. Glad I don't work near the mall anymore because that mongrel is still there.

Only one thing would enhance his "act" more and that's a bucket of water!
