Who is the most powerful Super-Hero?

Have often wondered who would win out of Batman vs the Punisher,

Both have lost their family members and trained themselves into the limits of endurance, Batman has access to technology though, the Punisher manufactures his own weapons.

The Punisher is more brutal however and has no qualms over how many people he has to kill to achieve his goals of ending the mafia, Batman however never kills as opposed to simply giving his enemies a good kicking!

I think I would nominate the Punisher to win it based purely on sheer aggression!
