Back to the topic...and I'm really looking forward to the Big Day Out. The line-ups not an ideal one for me - as I enjoy the music of headliners Tool and Muse, but i'm not a fan.

So this year I'm just looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere of the day and seeing some new bands as well as the ones I am excited about seeing - The Killers (good timing - a Killers song's just playing on Triple J now!) and The Violent Femmes.

I'm also looking forward to the fact my guest pass will allow me to access clean toilets where there's no queue.

It's a rigorous schedule and I know I ain't going to see them all - so that's a wishlist.

That is indeed a "big day" DW. But you're not going to see Jet?????? Might be your last chance to see them this year. Next year they mightn't be able to get the time off from their new jobs in McDonalds.

I got given their last album by a mate from a radio station. Gave it right back. Boring and derivative.

Phew, i got the last ticket at Sonic Cd in Munno Para.
Must sees are Tool, Muse, Trivium and my mates band Double Dragon on the local stage.
Ill squeeze a few other sets in around my bar trips.
