So this year I'm just looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere of the day and seeing some new bands as well as the ones I am excited about seeing - The Killers (good timing - a Killers song's just playing on Triple J now!) and The Violent Femmes.

I'm also looking forward to the fact my guest pass will allow me to access clean toilets where there's no queue.

Looking to the program and these are the bands I'll try and catch:

Poly & The Statics
Spazzys
Butterfly Effect
The Herd
Snowman
My Chemical Romance
Trivium
Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!
Kasabian
The Killers
The Streets
Mere Theory
Muse
You Am I
Tool
Violent Femmes

It's a rigorous schedule and I know I ain't going to see them all - so that's a wishlist.

That is indeed a "big day" DW. But you're not going to see Jet?????? Might be your last chance to see them this year. Next year they mightn't be able to get the time off from their new jobs in McDonalds.:P

Jet Schmet Leaper!

I got given their last album by a mate from a radio station. Gave it right back. Boring and derivative.
