Earth's kitchen - PIrie St
Very good. We shared a pizza between us. I think it was 18 bucks. Enough for lunch, maybe not enough for dinner. The waiter was obviously new but I never hold that against people and places. Overall the food was great. Can't complain at all and I look forward to eating other pizza's there in the future.
Dumpling King - King William St
Gold! Love the place. Cheap and enough to fill you up for less than 10 bucks.

Publishers Hotel in Franklin St
A fairly new pub in the old Stock Journal Publishing offices, great food, the ribs are to die for and their signature beer, Publishers Ale goes down a treat as well, super friendly publican, old vinyl records playing in the front bar, definitely worth a look at.
They also have a couple of big function rooms including the Publishers Art House and are looking at putting in accommodation and a second restaurant

New York Dreams at Semaphore.
Hot dog and wings place owned by a basketballer from the US.
Good, fast, unfancy food. I love it.
Usually get a cheese kransky hotdog, chilli cheese fries and some corn bread. Wash it down with a Dr Pepper.
Awesome.

The Settlers at Ingle Farm has been renovated. It's still a 7/10 tops. 2 for 1 ent book voucher makes it worth it.
Went back to the Windsor and despite being a touch pricey is still one of the better pub/bistro meals. Good service, good food, solid veg bar and good variety and flavour in the salad bar. It's in the ent book as a two for 1 and is well worth the visit 8.5/10
Went to Hungry Jacks. It was shit 5/10

Just been to Cannelle French Pastries on Magill Road. Could quite possibly been the best food I have ever eaten!
Average coffee though
Open from 5am to 12pm, worth the effort

Settlers was OK. Hungry Jacks score may have got more as the entire meal and drinks with vouchers was $5

Just came back from the SA Bung Fritz Appreciation Society lunch at the P/A Hotel in Gawler and I swear they have the best onion rings in the state.
They also serve up a beer called Monkey's Uncle - my current favourite brew.

They are indeed good onion rings.
Nice place too, though the Golden Fleece is better

I rate the one at Semaphore (plus I live 5 minutes away), but I have been hearing good things about Chuck Wagon. I'll have to swing by soon.

Melt at Hyde Park (also in the city). Great pizzas and tapas!
