3 courses, 2.5 hour drinks package, on a Friday, too.

Smash out a couple of hours at work, up and go by 10, quick shower froth around 11, walk around to the club by 12.

How's your Friday looking?

Is morrell coming to your place or meeting you at the club?

Wait, what? He's going?

Seat next to you and he has some spreadsheets he’d like to share

Specialty Foods butchers.

I just gave one of our reps my card to go grab some meat for me from there.
2 sizey Veal Rib Eyes (around 1.2 kg all up)
1.3 kg of Italian Pork Sausages
1.7 kg of Premium Pork fillet

A tad over $60 and the meat looks sensational.

That’s the one at West Thebby?
I use to go there years ago but the quality fell away.

Let me know if it’s any good as I’d be keen to go back there.

Yeah mate, will do, my first job was in a butcher shop so I've always had a good eye for the subject and it looks and feels shit hot.

Used to go there all the time for our meat for the Rugby League club, and the yiros packs were a real winner.

That's the one! Could choose between chicken or lamb.. they were a beauty.

Add some tomato, lettuce and cheese and it's a pretty cost effective canteen/kitchen option.

Yeah, they're alright, says they make 10 but really, if you're doing them at home you'll probably only get 7.

Still a good deal though.

The "burger with the lot" from the BBQ at Noarlunga. Might well be the best burger in the SANFL. Going to unseat Richmond as the BBQ of choice.

Used to drive past and also see the ads in the paper for their Yiros pack.
Might have to call in and test it out.

You will not be disappointed whatever you get.

I cooked my steak for over an hour on a gentle flame turning it occasionally and then standing it up, it just melted in my mouth, for $20 a kilo you can't go wrong, I'm heading back before their special ends.

The pork fillet was rolled in a mixture of spices then cooked at 150 basting in occasionally and it too just fell apart, the Italian Pork Sausages had a nice peppery bite to them without being over-bearing.

As for the yiros packs, you know what you're getting, old style fish and chip shop-like yiros for about $3 a serve, winning.
