Ive been riding my bike on the coast to vines bike path that goes along next to Reynella Oval, I have been trying to work out what looks different about the oval all summer, Tuesday night I worked it out they have painted the point posts red (they have been white for years, I checked some photos from last year to confirm I wasn't going crazy). With many ovals going to all white when they replace their posts, its refreshing to see someone going the other way. Looks fantastic.

Red Behind posts were and are better than white.

It was a South Australian thing.

I reckon the vics had 15m penalties once too - but the 25m penalty was a South Australian innovation.
