Where do you start with this problem, it is a perpetual cycle that i fear will only get worse...
-The lack of discipline that parents or anyone are allowed to give.
-Absent fathers/ mothers who don't give a crap (i generalise because often it is the sperm donor that walks out leaving the woman to try to raise the child)
-Children have 'rights' but they are emphasised too much
- They are second generation delinquents
- the moving away from biblical teaching, abstinence is being replaced by safe sex, teaching kids as young as 11 how to have sex when it is far beyond them
