In the UK it's what they call those Breezer type drinks...I think you call them lollie drinks or something...in other words alcoholic fizzy pop.

Footy commentators are especially guilty of this crime...

"Former [insert home state here]".

How does one become a former South Australian?

Either you are or you aren't!

You never hear expats referred to as "former Australians."

Former Australian Peter Carey? Former Australian John Olsen? Former Australian Mark Viduka?

Agree with this one Squawk. Especially when James Brayshaw introduces Trevor Marmalade as "the superstar behind the bar" and that he has "dominated" for 15 years. Didn't know he had any competition to "dominate" over.

Similar "young champion" for everyone who gets more than 5 kicks in an AFL game. Would only be one or two players per generation that would come under such a definition- Carey, J Brown, Judd.

Also the word "like" into of says.

 I like this one! Bloody Beauty!

Unless of course they've had to renounce Aussie citizenship. Case in point, former Australian Rupert Murdoch.
