Why don't people wear shoes in elizabeth?

Down at the lyell mac with Mrs NG and I swear 50% of the people in emergency are barefoot...

Well they are having an emergency so shoes may have seemed a little unimportant.

Yeah, understand. But no-one really presented like they were having an emergency... Plus I reckon it takes 2.5 seconds to slap some thongs on your feet...

Yeah good point. But you never know, they may have panicked and left home in a rush, only to be told they have to wait.

The thing that shits me is people in shopping centres with no shoes on. Servos are ok, coz you might need milk or something quick, but if you're doing your food shopping, best to wear something on your feet. What happened to the "no shirt, no shoes, no service" rule?

Yeah, but it takes a full 5 minutes to walk into Big W, find the thongs department, whack a pair on your feet and stroll out the exit like you were only browsing...

I had a similar incident while in the car with my dad when i was 14, on my way home from cricket training.

My dad accidently cut off a bloke, to which he apologised over and over again, when we stopped at a set of traffic lights. The driver of the other car came up to my dads window, my dad continued to apologise to the bloke and then the bloke snapped punched the window which smashed and started punching the old man.

As a 14yo instinct kicked in, i jumped out the passenger door with my cricket bat, luckily the other bloke was in such a rage he didnt notice what i was doing, ran around and started to belt the suitcase out of the bloke with my bat until the old man managed to pull me off the near unconcious bloke.

The old man had a broken eye socket, broken nose and had to have is jaw re-wired.

The perpetrator in this video will one day face the same consequence, whether that be in jail or when he picks on the wrong driver.

i have a company car with signage all over it and the amount of people who cut me off and then stick their fingers up at me if i had a dollar everytine that happened i would be a millionaire. Im not one for road rage, but if i was in my private car, it wouldnt be a smile and drive on, it would be window down and ask use your mirrors next time. But would never do what that wanker did.

if you read the article it says he did this to a woman and another driver so its not the first time. Probably thinks he owns the road, but this video is near where i live so i might see him one day. But see the passenger in his car?? Think it musta been his Girlfirend or wife? Wonder what she was doing or thinking.....

Have thought the same thing over the years - as to why Sydney/Hobart is often lead story on the tv News.

Difficult to understand.
