Story is - Husband went overseas with their 2 kids to indonesia, the same day that the wife (asian woman) went "missing", and the husband is not a suspect.

But the husband of the couple went overseas on the same day that his wife went "missing". Her car has been found in coomera over the past few days, and the husband has from indonesia where he is at saying "i hope she returns home when she can".

Well if my wife went missing , if i ever have one, i wouldnt be just sending a message back to australia saying " i hope she returns soon", i would be on the first flight back home to look for her? Or am i completely wrong here???

It means you don't know what it's like to have one. All of us married brethren can attest to this man wanting some time to himself and hoping that the wife is in no hurry to return.

Without knowing the history of that marriage it's hard to say what you'd do in his situation. It could be that he took the kids overseas without her so she had got mad about it. Possibly done this sort of thing before.
Then again he could be irresponsible. Hard to say just on those details.
