Tailgating, hands down. Even when you are doing say 62 in a 60 zone, it still happens. And it happens anywhere in any speed limit.

I have a few

 Tailgating
 People failing to indicate
 Lane hopping (always ends in bad karma when I do it once)
 Generally idiots being allowed driver's licences
 The design of Adelaide's road system.
 Absolute No.1 Trucks who enter the intersection after the yellow turning light is on then hold up the other directions turning sequence (this happens to me on a regular basis on Richmond/South rd)

1. People who sit exactly on the speed limit and think they have a moral right to stop anyone passing.

2. The particularly SA pattern of accelerating to close a gap when someone indicates they want to change lanes into it - one thing I'll grant Melbourne drivers - generally they slow down to let you change lanes.

[Of course in Melbourne no one would ever get anywhere if this didn't happen they'd be stuck in the middle of a 6 lane each way highway forever. I didn't notice this SA pattern until I'd been in Melbourne for a while and then came back to visit.]

If they are sitting on exactly the speed limit, you shouldn't be trying to pass them anyway

Agreed, if that was tried in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane no one would get anywhere, rude drivers not allowing others to change lanes when they signal their intentions shits me to tears, so does the opposite, when a driver signals their intentions, you do give them space, and they just stay in the same lane without moving over, in the other cities the gap would be reclosed as quick as it was made, fair enough to.

I agree, but on the flipside.... I hate people who don't think about where they need to go or what lane they need to be in and then push in.

Mine is turning left at traffic lights
The number of times I turn left into the inside lane and a right hand turner at the lights
straddles lanes from right to left and cuts me off

Definatley Tailgating and Hoon Driving in General.

I have no problems with the Hoon Driving laws as I feel that they have contributed to the lowering of the road toll. If people want to drive fast cars, go get yourself a Speedway car and go your hardest at Riverview Speedway, unless of course you actually cant drive well in the first place which is more often than not the case with Hoon Drivers.

People who drive 10km below the assigned speed limit for that road.

Volvo drivers.

Like Diss said, people who deliberatley try and sneak into your lane knowing full well they were'nt in the right lane anyway. happens every morning to me near the Bakewell underpass construction area, that is the only place I blatantly refuse to let anyone in, as well as the slip lane outside Gerard Industries on Park Tce where it turns into one lane to turn left into Port Road.

People who dont move into an intersection to turn right, they stay behind the line and then wont turn on the orange light....(usually volvo drivers)

people that don't indicate. Contrary to popular belief, you are NOT allocated a certain amount of "clicks" when you re-register your car each year

Red lights. I swear there is someone at the traffic light centre who hates me and everytime they see my car coming to a red light, they make it go red to piss me off!

Traffic in general.. sometimes i think I should be the only person allowed on the road

Drivers who nearly cause accidents and then have the nerve to abuse you for it...

I could go on but i won't

Would hate to see your list if you had gone on...

My only hate with driving is when mrs smac leaves the seat forward in the car and I smash my knees on the steering wheel getting in.

Why do people worry about tailgating?
You should be looking where your going, not where you've been!

People who don't dim their lights on highways, or do it really really late.
The amount of poeple who don't know how to use a roundabout properly.

Commodore drivers - a law unto themselves. There's not much going on behind that overdose of testosterone, baseball cap and veneer of seething hatred for every other road user. You make driving in Adelaide a misery.

Sounds like more than a 'pet hate' to me... Have you tried counselling?

Volvos fair enough but commodore drivers?
Are you kidding?
I think this is a common one, 4WD's in the city.
Block vision, take up heaps of room and bully the roads.
