Just saw a scooter lining up 5 deep for petrol 10 cents cheaper than across the road.
I can't even be arsed lining up in a car to save $5 let alone a scooter to save 40 cents assuming they're on empty.
It'd be quicker picking up 4 empty cans.

Deserves to get bail

Ryan John Neshoda granted bail despite spending over a week on the run after cutting off tracking device
A man who spent days on the run, committing further crimes while fleeing police, has been granted bail to ‘test the water’ before he faces sentencing.

Mount Gambier

A man who spent over a week on the run after cutting off his home detention bracelet will be allowed to return to his mother’s home before being sentenced.

A court heard drug addiction led to the downward spiral of Ryan John Neshoda, 31, which ended his marriage, left him homeless and led him to become a “street level dealer”.

Neshoda was charged on June 14 at Glencoe with trafficking offences and bailed to his mother’s Mount Gambier address before he was arrested again four days later for breaching bail.

He applied for bail at a later date, which was granted. However, on October 21 police discovered Neshoda had cut his tracking device off.

Neshoda evaded police until his December 2 arrest.

While on the run, the accused broke into a woman’s house while she slept and stole her wallet, car keys and a number of small items from the glove box of her car.

Prosecutor Stephanie Moore told the court the victim discovered her flyscreen door had been removed and her garage door ajar on November 22, 2021.

“(The victim) is quite upset — (she) has actually moved to Tasmania,” Ms Moore said.

The accused previously pleaded guilty to selling a commercial quantity of a controlled drug, stealing a car and failure to hold licence or learner’s permit.

Neshoda pleaded guilty to further charges of serious criminal trespass, dishonestly take property without consent and interfere with motor vehicle without consent on Monday.

A police prosecutor previously told the court how they found the accused in an allegedly stolen vehicle.

“In the early hours of the morning (of June 14) police were called to a person slumped over a motor vehicle,” a police prosecutor previously said.

“They discovered Mr Neshoda inside that vehicle which was (allegedly) a stolen vehicle.”

“While searching him they found a backpack and inside of that they located a bottle containing a thick, clear liquid.”

Ms Moore said 237 grams of GHB, $2670 cash, electric scales and a mobile phone with messages indicated Neshoda was a “street level” dealer.

Neshoda’s defence lawyer Nick Vadasz said drug addiction had led to the “downward spiral”.

“He was using drugs more and more — he found himself eventually out of work — he found himself homeless,” Mr Vadasz said.

Neshoda has spent nine months and four days in custody, though he was initially remanded to the Mount Gambier Prison, he was transferred to Yatala Prison after “issues arose with another prisoner”.

Mr Vadasz said his client had a “significant taste” of life inside prison and was ready to undertake rehabilitation.

Magistrate Koula Kossiavelos released Neshoda on supervised bail to his mother’s address, ordering a home detention report to “test the water” of suspending any further term of imprisonment.

“What I would like is to see that Mr Neshoda can show good faith by being on a supervised bail agreement,” she said.

The man will reappear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court later this month.

I always laugh when athletes talk about needing to add bulk to their frame and think how f*cking good I would have been at being that sort of athlete.

Getting a holiday from Facebook for breaching their community standards

How can you breach no standards - this comes from a mob that gets paid by "sponsors" who openly spam people

And most importantly, I was actually performing a community service warning some international friends about the dangers of drop bears

Ask him about the time he snicked a ball in a semi final only for his team mate umpire to give him not out. Went on to make a ton.

Not that I’m dirty on him ;)
