Recent phone conversation between me and another person in this office. I preface this by saying that I"m the first aid officer for our area.

*Phone rings*

Me: Hi, this is Lisa

Person: Hi Lisa, do you know if we have any ice packs in the first aid kit

Me: No we don't

Person: Why not?

Me: If we kept them in the first aid kit, they'd melt.

Person: Where will I find them then?

Me: Try the freezer in the kitchen

Person: How will i know what it looks like? Will it have first aid written on it?

We only use instant ice packs and they just stay in our first aid kit

Last week we went out for a while and upon arrival back a home I discovered my 13 year old daughter hadn't shut the front door.
I walked in and started giving her the 3rd degree then she picks up a can of carpet deodoriser that was left on my wine rack and says "calm down dad, we obviously haven't been broken in to, this is still here" as she puts on the hugest of smiles.

Djoka had some good points. When they fill seats like the men, they should get paid more. It's the same with womens soccer. The men can get paid huge amounts of money because they generate the income revenue. I hear women whinging about the soccer players not getting paid as much, but I can guarantee they themselves don't actually get to games and spend money to support the girls.

That'd be like me bitching I don't get paid as much as NFL players, when there's only 7 dudes watching our games (and they're just the stragglers who can't be f**ked moving after the early game).
