It kills her area, they already got downsized once about 12 months ago and whinged that they were all over-worked, obviously not the case.

It all lies with her manager then.

It's very, very easy to get signed off as unfit to attend work, if requested it isn't as easy to get signed off as fit to attend work if her medical certificates are all considered.

Although I don’t mind the idea as the amount of times my son drops his bloody onions in the back seat of the car on the way home, I’m all for onions on the bottom.
