S.A. and 5 Cent Refund

I need some help. About to launch a new fruit juice onto the national market. Although I have the statement 5c refund SA on the bottle, never thought much more about it till now. Somehow that refund need be reimbursed and I assume by the supplier.
Anyone have knowledge of the act or the Controlling Body.

Nah, after hours with their lawyers, our own patent attorney and Solicitor at combined $600 per hour, generic tops.
Could talk for hours on the twelve months we have worked on this.
But now have contracts in place and ready to "rock n roll"
