DIVERTED PHONE CALLS

Diverted phone calls from my Landline to my Mobile when people call me
I know I would have to pay for the cost of the calls.
What rates are applicable ?
I have rang some telecommunication providers and keep getting different answers[some sounded like Tendulkar...]

One provider says it would be the highest mobile phone call rates.
Others say depends on the current prepaid plans etc

HELP

What would the rates be ?

QUESTION 2
If a call is diverted from landline to landline and someone rings from thier mobile who wears the cost ?
Me or the caller ?

Made my mobile ring out, no limit.

It rings until I answer it or the caller gives up.

Don't do it normal mobile rates apply (with Telstra anyway). I did this some time ago but regretted it as I had a "friend" who abused this. She was well aware I was away, would refuse to ring my mobile direct, and always ring the home phone which would divert to mobile, ended costing me a bloody fortune.
