Poor kids.

I was on a bus once, and a poor kid (about 2-3 years old) was screaming at the top of his lungs. His mother turned around and said "FOR ****'S SAKE, DRE, SHUT THE **** UP, YOU ****!"

Hearing about this years best Melbourne Cup punting story.

Fellow in Queensland (I think) who filled out 5 * $1 First 4 tickets all with the same combo, he didn't realise he could simply mark one ticket for $5.

Yep, you guessed it. 5 tickets, each worth a little over $91,000.

Turned $5 into $455,000+ in 3200m.

Good for him.

was it the only first four they had on the CUp??

even if it wasn't still a remarkable effort

also there was a punter who had a $550 treble which concluded with Kirramosa in yesterdays Oaks race - the return $198,000

I thought baby names had to be approved in Australia too.

With those examples it's clear that standards are slipping

I think the Christmas Pageant is bullshit.

I'd say roughly only 20% of the floats this year were Christmas related. Sure, the kids might have be having fun, but with such a low percentage of it actually pertaining to the season, aren't they being cheated?

Around 5-6 years back I over heard a Mother tell her son off who's name was Ja Rule for running in front of cars in the Colonnades Car Park. With a name like that you'd have an inkling he was doing it on purpose....

Don't waste too much money on secret and magical recipes - any skin irritant should do the trick.
(But some of them will take the skin off in the process.)
