I am not condoning drug use in any form.

I don't think the judge has been hanging around any Emergency Departments lately.

I rate being back home after a 10 week stint working at Armadale Health Services in Perth.
There "Ice" seems to account for most of the psychotic and violent people clogging up the ED for days until beds in the Psych wards can be found for them.

Exactly the same happens here.

causes so much grief within the health system, not to mention what it does to families.

The people who invented that sh!t need a fair dinkum paddlin'

Surely anyone thinking of dabbling in it can see the affect that it has on others and should be enough deterrent to settle with pot.

im assuming you mean leg and not a horse?

its healing but very slowly.
Was just explaining to FC the Fibula isn't healing at all
so find out tomorrow wether more surgery or moon boot or just leave it.
but because of the complications with first surgery and being type 1 diabetic, he said 99.9999% chance no one will perform the surgery on me.

and I don't think they care about that bone

The fibula is non weight bearing. The surgeon straight up said to me "I don't even care about your broken fibula at this point".

Heres an x ray after the op for FC

for those that don't know during the surgery I had a few issues
blood clots on lungs
infection in chest
pneumonia
oxygen levels went to 73% and spent a week in ICU because of it

adding to that being a type 1 diabetic is the reasons why surgery is a long long shot.

also the fact no one cares about that bone.

thanks mate.

lucky to be here after the Modbury hospitals lack of incompetence.

when they first put me under anaesthetic to straight my leg I threw up while asleep.
they never told me this happened, they made up some bullshit about maybe getting sick from another patient
then my wife over heard a nurse and a dr speaking and saying how I threw up 300ml or something.

haha

yeah virtually everything that said to me before hand that may happen but is worst case scenario happened.

except the compartment syndrome thankfully.
that sounded bad
where the muscle like seizes up in your calf and they have to do all these massive zig zag cuts down your leg to release pressure or something.
I was waiting for them to say I needed that too.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks now since the break for some good news or good luck to come my way. Surely it's gotta be soon!

The original convo with dr was you will have surgery on the Saturday and home by the Tuesday.
It's sounded so straight forward and simple.
It was anything but!

It's just good to be out of the house
Can't wait till I can drive again tho.

Also can't wait for 18 months when I'm full healed
Then I have the decision do I have the surgery to have the rod removed or not..... Haha

Two things have been answered in the past few posts. Where has Johno been? And why has HH3 been so quiet of late.

Johno's been in hospital and HH3 has been bedside... ;)

Sounds nasty mate, hope it gets better...
