I had a ripper day at the pub leading up to the race, 5x5 on a $29/$7 winner in Te Rapa ( mate joked before the race "You do your best work in Te Rapa", yes, I do! ) set me up for a good day on the punt, $80 out a Dolphin Treasure soon after saw me plonk $50 on Left hand man who duly saluted without a worry in the world. Led them up, kicked away in the straight.

Congrats LM, watched the race but didnt click that it was your nag, in 13 years of horse ownership I never cracked a Sat city winner (5 2nd's ) its a great achievement!

Thanks @Dutchy, there was a lot to like about him, he was only lightly tapped 4 times in the straight too, we watched the replay at least 20 times from every angle, a very competitive horse from all reports during trackwork.
